Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests
The Michigan Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) gives citizens (except those incarcerated in correctional facilities) the right of access to most public records. Requests to inspect, copy, or receive a copy of a public record of Putnam Township must be in writing and provided to the FOIA coordinator. FOIA requests can be delivered via email to clerk@putnamtwp.us, US mail, fax or delivered directly to the Township Hall during regular business hours.
