The Putnam Township Fire Department is hosting a three-day camp for kids on ages 7-11 on July 26 - 28.

Fill out and sign this Registration form and return with payment to Lt. Brandy Mason at bmason@putnamtwp.us., or you can call (734-878-6788) or visit the Fire Department to register (3250 W M-36). Payment can also be made at the Township Hall (located right behind the Fire Department) M-F, 9 a.m. - noon and 1 - 5 p.m.
