Community Center

Welcome to our new Community Center!

It all started as a place for Putnam Township’s seniors to meet. They outgrew their previous building on Mower Road, which also lacked adequate parking.

It has become our community meeting place. In addition to housing all senior events and activities, we are looking forward to hosting boy and girl scout troops, HOA meetings, office staff meetings, exercise classes and more.

The new building boasts 6000 square feet. It has a coffee center and a large, open gathering area with a pool table and large screen TV. The room also has a door wall leading to a patio area for warm days. Two additional meeting rooms have ample space for smaller groups.

All four voting precincts in Putnam Township will now vote at the Township Hall/ Community Center. With the additional space, we will be able to move residents efficiently through the voting process - getting people in and out of the polls quickly.

Please contact us for a tour of the space or if you’d like more information about using the center for your gathering. The Community Center Use Policy and Application can be found in the links in the green box.
