Our office also collects dog licenses year round. They are now due during the month the rabies were given. There will be a $15 late fee charged if you do not renew your license in that month. You also now have the option of getting a 3 year license. Bring in proof of rabies and spayed/neutering.
Summer 2011 taxes are due September 14, 2011. Tax payments made after that are delinquent and are payable to Putnam Township Treasurer through February 28, 2012. Interest may apply, call the Township to verify amount due. If you applied for and were granted a deferment of Summer Taxes, they are due by February 28, 2012, without interest. We send tax bill notices to all property owners, regardless if you have an escrow account. Please call your bank to verify that they have received a tax bill from our office. In the event a duplicate payment is made the party who paid the bill last will get the refund.
